About the Conference
The Conference comprises keynote address, plenary presentations, panel discussions, concurrent paper sessions and forum sessions and is a gathering of accounting and finance as well as business researchers.
Submissions are welcome on all topics in accounting, finance and related social sciences field, particularly in the following areas:
- Accounting and finance education;
- Auditing, corporate governance and ethics;
- Financial accounting and corporate reporting;
- Performance management and portfolio management;
- Taxation and transparency reporting;
- Issues in public sector accounting and finance;
- Social and environmental accounting
- Contemporary issue in accounting and finance; and
- Other areas of interests.
Papers may apply any suitable methodological approach, including analytical modeling, descriptive and hypothesis-testing empirical-archival analyses, surveys, interview-based studies, grounded theory case studies, historical and others.

Only full papers will be considered. Submitted papers are subject to blind review by at least two referees.
Title page: This page should contain a concise title of the work and author(s)’ information. The information should include each author’s (1) ORCID- if available, (2) SURNAME, First name Other names, (3) e-mail addresses, and (4) mobile numbers. In case of more than one author, one of the authors should be designated as the corresponding author.
Abstract: A short abstract of not more than 150 words should be included on the next page following the title page. Not more than 3 key words should be included just after the abstract.
This should not be more than ten thousand (10,000) words, including tables, figures, references and appendices. Each section should be distinct and well labelled.
Block paragraphing, 12 Times New Roman, 1.5 spacing, justified and well paginated at the bottom middle.
It should be a Microsoft document, .pdf and other formats is not acceptable.
Only first letter of proper nouns should be in upper case, all the words should be emboldened
Font style and size: 12 Times New Roman
Presenters are required to submit only FULL papers. For papers with multiple authors, at least one of the authors should attend the Conference for oral presentation.
First submission: 27th September 2019;
Feedback on submission: 14th October 2019
Resubmission of corrected manuscripts: 28th October 2019
Notification of status of paper: 4th November 2019
Upon acceptance of paper, authors will be required to register for the conference before the inclusion of the paper for presentation. For joint authorship, at least one author should register and present the paper during the conference. Registration fees is stated as follows:
