Dr Akinsola Sunday AINA is a Senior lecturer with Bowen University Iwo, Osun State, Nigeria and a honorary consultant ophthalmologist with Bowen University Teaching Hospital Ogbomoso. He is a fellow of both National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria in Ophthalmology (FMCOph) and West African College of Surgeons (FWACS). He also obtained a short-term fellowship in Cornea and External disease at the prestigious LV Prasad Eye Institute Hyderabad, India in 2018.
Dr Aina is a researcher and had won the Lions Clubs International Foundation Sightfirst research grant award in the year 2017. He had attended various local and international scientific conferences and has publications in peer reviewed journals. His areas of interest include Cornea and external diseases, Diabetic eye disease and refractive error.
