The College of Law was established in 2013 following the Master plan of the University. The College, which has its beautiful complex at the main site has two Programmes. The College lecture rooms are comfortable with state-of-art facilities. Also, there is moot-court and separate complex for college library.
The College of Law of Bowen University has the approval by the Council of Legal Education and NUC it offers a degree programme, Bachelor of (LL.B) that qualifies its graduates to attend the Nigerian Law School.
