Research
Some of my researches have contributed to knowledge in organisations, and also exposed researchers to a wide range of what can take place in organisations. Below are some examples:
Evaluation of Time Management for Growth and Development in developing economies:
In this research, it was concluded that strategic time management should be embraced as an important tool for economic growth. The same thing goes for the Role of Leadership integrity for National Development in developing economies. Likewise, in Employee Training and Development for Organisational Growth.
It is also worth studying Employee Retention Strategies for Organisational Survival in any Organisation. In private universities, competitive pay, dignifying facilities, job securities, training and rewards were identified as the retention strategies that are commonly adopted for organisational survival.
Going through these various studies, and taking into consideration, their various findings and conclusions, will enhance the achievement of various organisational objectives, to be able to attain the corporate achievements, either in the industries or academics.
