Research
My research focus is centered around utilization of Earth Observation systems such as Remote Sensing data acquisition techniques, Geographical Information System (GIS), Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and exploration geophysics to resolve environmental challenges for instance hydrogeology, desertification, engineering site investigation, site suitability analysis for waste siting and management, land use land cover (LULC)change, erosion and flood mapping, pollution mapping and hydrocarbon contaminated soil characterization using classic and modern geostatistics. I constantly strive to balance professional growth in theory and practice with personal goals of promoting multi-modal derivatives to support sustainable cities and global economy as a whole.
