A Senior Lecturer and Researcher in the Department of Business Administration, Bowen University, Iwo Nigeria. He has a Google Scholar h-index of 15 and i-10 index of 24 with 949 citations as well as a Scopus h-index of 11 with 355 citations. He served as a research assistant at the University of Benin from 2010 to 2014. He lectured at Landmark University from 2014-2022. He is a Member of the Academy of Management Nigeria.
