James Akinbode, Ph.D is an Assistant Professor of Business and HR Management with Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State, Nigeria. Aside this, James is a public commentator and HR consultant. He is the immediate past acting Head of Business Administration Department and currently the postgraduate coordinator of Business Administration programmes in the University. James is an erudite scholar with over 30 published academic papers, chapters in books and co-authored a book.
