An assistant professor and researcher. He is passionate about contributing to knowledge in the area of occupational health and safety. His career goal is to see to health of workers in their workplace and to make the work environment safe for all.

- Bachelor of Nursing Science, Master of Science in Nursing and PhD in Nursing from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife.
- Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife and Registered Public Health Nurse with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
- Higher National Diploma (HND) certificate in Public Health Nursing from West African Health Examination Board.
Research
The major thrust of his research is occupational health and safety. Dr Olatubi also research in the area of women’s health and standardized nursing languages. His utmost goal is to reduce exposure of workers to conditions in the work environment that is capable of predisposing them into chronic illness and negative affect family functioning.
