Some of her publications consider proprietary rights of women under intestate succession. Many women are denied the right to own and alienate property under customary law. Many customs in Africa deprive women the right to inheritance of family property and most of them are denied access to land. This is an area of law that is crying out for reform.
Her paper on “Sexual Harassment and Female Students in Educational Institutions – Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye as a Case Study” is also a vital resource material on issues of Sexual Harassment. It is widely quoted and cited up to the United Nations as a vital material on Sexual Harassment. So many scholars in Nigeria and Overseas have referred to it. (It was published by the African Gender Institute, University of Cape Town, South Africa).
She has written a number of articles on customary law. She is generally seen as an Expert in Human Rights and Women’s Rights. Several persons in Nigeria and abroad have quoted her articles.
