Olayinka is a Professor of Economics with specialization in Finance. She holds a teaching position with the College of Management and Social Sciences, Bowen University, Iwo, Nigeria. She is a Fellow of ICAN, associate member CITN and a life member NES. Prof Adenikinju is currently the chair College Quality Assurance committee, College welfare committee, chair of SDG 5 research group and serves on several committees in the university.
