Olufunmilayo Kunbi Amoo is a seasoned scholar of Educational Evaluation. Her area of specialisation in Biology Education and research. She has been a member of staff for 10 years rising through the ranks from Tutor 1 in 2013 to Lecturer 1 in 2020. Her area of interest is teaching teachers/lecturers on how to impact knowledge meaningfully to the students and as well assisting students’ on improving students’ academic performance.

Research
I have carried out various researches on teaching methodologies and how it will improve students, academic achievement in science at all educational levels
The ongoing research is “Effect of Computer Based Testing in Higher Education in South – West, Nigeria”.

Professional Service
In contributing to knowledge, I use active teaching strategies during teaching/learning process in order to allow students to participate actively in the class instead of students learning passively and this has been helping the students to have deep understanding of what they are taught in the class.
Secondly, teaching staff at both the university and secondary level were trained on how to integrate biblical understanding into the teaching of students during teaching /learning process. This has assisted in carrying out their duties.
