Opeyemi Oluseun Oyelude is a lecturer at the Business Administration programme, Bowen University Iwo, Osun State, Nigeria. She is a passionate teacher and a full member of Institute for Operations Research of Nigeria (INFON) and she is affliated tothe Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). She has presented papers in different conferences and published in both local and international journals. Her research interest is on Work life Balance, Reward Management, Motivation, Entrepreneurship, Organization Behaviour and other related Business and Management Issues.
