Dear Parents and Guardians
The University wishes to remind all parents and guardians of the acceptable fee payment plans for the 2024/2025 academic session.

| Upon resumption of first semester | 50% | 40% |
| Before first semester exams | 20% | 10% |
| Upon resumption of second semester | 20% | 30% |
| Before second semeter exam | 10% | 20% |
The following information should be noted:
- Students will be able to print their hostel clearance for stamping and room allocation when they have paid the minimum of 50% and 40% of their fees for fresh and returning students respectively.
- All payments must be made online through the student’s portal.
- Manual payment of school fees is no longer acceptable by the University.
- Direct transfer to the university bank account and direct lodgement of cash, cheque, and draft to the University bank account are classified as manual payments and are therefore not acceptable.
- Fresh students are expected to resume on 30th September 2024 while returning students will resume on 7th October 2024.
