Excellence
Out of fourteen talented student representatives from across the South West Zone and Kwara State, one name stood out — Glory Olabode of Bowen.

At the prestigious Florence Nightingale Essay and Speech Competition held in Ogun State on Wednesday, 25 February 2026, Glory impressed the judges with her clarity, poise, and thoughtful presentation. Her brilliance and eloquence earned her the overall winner title.
In the competition, which challenged participants to showcase intellectual rigor, critical thinking, professional insight, and confident public speaking, Glory rose to the occasion, demonstrating not just academic excellence, but the character, discipline, and confidence that marks a true leader in nursing and healthcare advocacy.

We celebrate Glory for representing Bowen with distinction, grace, and honour. Her achievement is a reflection of dedication, preparation, and the pursuit of excellence, and we are immensely proud!
