As the 2026/2027 admission season progresses, Bowen University has been made aware of fraudulent individuals and groups attempting to exploit prospective applicants and their parents through false admission claims, unauthorized payment requests, and misleading information.
The University wishes to clearly state that all information, admission processes, and payments—including application fees, acceptance fees, and tuition—are made strictly ONLINE, and through official contact points.
At no point will any member of staff or representative request payment into a personal bank account or through unofficial means. IMPORTANTLY, these fraudsters are becoming increasingly sophisticated. Therefore, the fact that a commercial bank account carries the name “Bowen University” does not automatically confirm that it is an official University account. Always verify payment details through the University’s approved channels before making any transaction.
