General Requirements for applying to study at Bowen:
- Applicants must have sat for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
- Applicants are required to have credits at WAEC, GCE, or NECO, in at least five (5) subjects, which must include English and four other subjects as may be specified by each College.
- The five (5) credits should be obtained at not more than two sittings. (for Medicine and Surgery (MB; BS), Nursing Science and Physiotherapy programmes, the five credits must be obtained at only one sitting).
- Candidates awaiting results may apply.

Hi, I would like to know whether a candidate who did not initially select Bowen as their first choice can still apply for the Post-UTME and later change their first-choice institution to Bowen. Is this possible?

Candidates who did not initially choose Bowen are required to make a change of institution through JAMB and select Bowen as their first choice prior to proceeding with the Post-UTME application.
